This notice explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
Project inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, company, service interest, budget range, preferred start date, and project description. We use these details to review your request and respond. Inquiry records are stored in the project database and are only written through a server-side service; they are not readable from the public website. For abuse prevention, the server also uses a keyed hash of the trusted proxy’s client IP address to enforce a short rate limit; the raw IP address is not stored in the rate-limit table.
Authorized business administrators may add lead statuses, private notes, follow-up dates, and archive inquiry records to manage requests.
Scheduling
If you book a consultation, the scheduling provider configured on this site (currently Calendly) processes the details you submit in its booking flow. Its own privacy notice and settings apply to that information.
If inquiry email delivery is configured, your email address and inquiry details are sent through our email delivery provider so we can acknowledge your request and notify the business inbox.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless a measurement ID is configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is stored in this browser. Choose “Decline” to keep analytics off, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Essential site functions do not depend on analytics.
Data requests
To ask about an inquiry you submitted, use the Contact form and mention your privacy request. We use submitted details only for responding to the request and related business follow-up.
